Hello, I’m a certified and licensed massage therapist with over eight years of experience. I believe a massage is much more than just relieving muscle tension. It’s also about giving yourself a moment to pause, slow down, and disconnect from the daily grind. Each session is tailored to the individual. It begins with deep tissue and sports massage techniques, accompanied by stretching; continues with relaxing and stress-relieving techniques, and concludes with techniques adapted to your specific needs, aiming to leave you completely relaxed. If you’re looking for other types of therapies, we can discuss them during your session, and they will incur an additional cost. I work independently in a private, climate-controlled, clean, and carefully decorated environment to ensure your comfort from the moment you arrive until you leave. I also offer shower service before or after your session, whichever you prefer. And to finish, I invite you to enjoy a coffee to help you get on with your day. I only accept appointments.
